The attention of the general public is drawn to a link currently circulating on social media platforms, which falsely claims to offer grants and empowerment opportunities under the Nigeria for Women Scale-Up Project (NFWP-SU).
The Project wishes to categorically disclaim this information.
Following verification in line with established national safeguards and security protocols, the said link and the requests associated with it have been confirmed to be fraudulent and a scam, notwithstanding the fact that the website may appear genuine.
Members of the public are hereby strongly advised to disregard the link and any related information in its entirety.
The Nigeria for Women Scale-Up Project does not charge any application fees, nor does it operate through unofficial or unauthorized platforms.
All State Project Coordinating Units (SPCUs), Local Project Implementation Units (LPIUs), partners, beneficiaries, and stakeholders are urged to rely only on information and communications issued through officially recognized NFWP-SU channels.
The Project remains committed to transparency, accountability, and the protection of women and communities from fraudulent practices.
