From August 18–22, 2025, the NFWP-SU National Coordinating Unit hosted an orientation, workplan, and budget workshop in Abuja for Commissioners and Permanent Secretaries of Women Affairs from Anambra, Ondo, and Zamfara States, along with their State Project Coordinating Units (SPCUs).
The workshop strengthened technical and operational capacity, aligned strategies, and clarified expectations for effective project start-up.
By the end, participants developed detailed workplans and budget projections aligned with project timelines and objectives, gaining a clear understanding of the mission, principles, and structure of implementation at national, state, and community levels.
This marks a strong beginning for effective rollout in the new participating states.
