The Honorable Minister of Women affairs and Social Development Hajiya Imaan-Suleiman Ibrahim commend Nigeria for Women Program Scale Up Project Implementation Units for their remarkable achievements.

Speaking at the Implementation Support Mission in Abuja today, the minister applauded the Federal and State Project Coordinating Units for their commitment and dedication in achieving the milestone so far.

Nigeria for Women Program Scale Up in less than a year has recorded over 44,000 Women Affinity Groups (WAGs) with over one million women members who have collectively saved over N7 billion Naira.

Addressing all participants, the Honorable Minister encouraged everyone to remain firmly focused and more committed to achieving greater impact for Nigerian Women. She emphasized on the need to use the mission as a medium to reflect on progress, learn from experiences, and recommit to the vision ahead.
